  12. I need the source code (FORTRAN, PASCAL, C, PL/I) of a routine
  13. for Linear Programming, i.e. the Simplex Method or one of it's
  14. variants. What I want is a fast and well tested implementation.
  15. The immediate need arises, now that a standard textbook version
  16. appears to have various bugs and too little explanation to fix them.
